Action • Check the power supply connections to the tuple components. • Make sure that the line voltage being supplied to the tuple components is within operational parameters. IOPn.MtcMon FRU: IOPx CEx tuple processing capability failure. Variables x - the ID of the tuple containing the IOP and CE with the fatal condition Severity Error Description This message is generated when both the CE and IOP in a tuple report a fatal condition. Usually, this is the result of: • A serious communication problem between the components • A secondary fault that occurred in one unit while another one was being handled in the other unit This message encompasses all failures of both the IOP and CE within a single tuple except for power failure.
