Chapter 4 MtcCEX Messages MtcCEX: Unable to transmit SYSERR packet. Status = 0xy Variables y - an error status displayed in hexadecimal Severity Error Description This message displays in a Windows NT blue screen on a monitor attached directly to a CE when the HP NetServer AA CE Transport experiences an unexpected failure while attempting to transmit a system error to the IOPs. This error is fatal to CE operations and is followed by a reset of the CE. Hardware/Software This message most likely indicates a hardware failure in the CE that displays the message. Action The CE is reset and resynchronized into the system unless the number of failures exceeds a threshold. If the threshold is exceeded, the CE is marked faulted and is not resynchronized. In this case, the CE is diagnosed offline. After you repair or replace the CE, manually return it to service. MtcCEX: Unexpected internal error detected.
