Because the network address used to route these packets is based on the Endurance kit number, this indicates that there is another system on the local area network that has been installed with the same kit number. This problem should be corrected immediately. Network traffic between the Endurance systems in conflict and other systems on the network may become disrupted. Action • Start the Endurance Manager on the local IOP. • On the menu bar, select the View Revision Levels... function. The first line subsequently displayed contains the Endurance kit number. • Use the Endurance Manager on the IOPs on other Endurance systems in the network to find the system with the duplicate Endurance kit number. • Shut down one of the systems in conflict and re-install the Endurance software on the IOPs and the CEs, using the unique Endurance kit number that was shipped with the Endurance software for that system. 198
