Chapter 17 MtcVnP Messages IOPn.MtcVnP status: Virtual Network Redirector-Provider protocol version mismatch. Severity Error Description This occurs during CE boot, when the Virtual Network Redirector notifies the Virtual Network Provider that it is initializing. It indicates that incompatible versions of the Virtual Network Redirector and Provider software are running on the CE and IOPs. Action • Use the HP NetServer AA Manager to obtain revision information for MtcVnP on all IOPs and MtcVnR on the CEs. • If this message is reported following a software upgrade, reapply the upgrade to the CE and IOPs. • Contact your service provider for assistance. 367
