Cannot record any sound. The microphone does not work. The microphone has no volume because the Mute Volume option is enabled under the Microsoft Volume Control applet. Launch the Microsoft Volume Control applet. Select Options Properties. Under Show the Following Volume Controls, select Microphone OK.
