Manually Ejecting a CD or DVD If a CD or DVD becomes lodged in the CD or DVD drive, remove it by using the following steps: 1. Insert a paper clip or similar thin metal rod into the manual release hole on the front bezel of the CD or DVD drive. Press firmly. 2. Slowly pull the tray out from the drive until it is fully extended. 3. Remove the CD or DVD. Using the LS-120 Drive The LS-120 Drive is a high-capacity diskette drive that resembles a 3.5-inch/8.89-cm diskette drive. The LS-120 drive can read a 3.5-inch/8.89-cm disk, and has a capacity of 120 MB. Using the Third Battery Pack The computer is designed to use up to three battery packs: the primary battery pack is in the computer, the secondary battery pack is in the in the DualBay, and the third battery pack is in the MultiBay. A third battery pack can be used in the MultiBay Drive. However, this battery pack does not use the same type battery as the primary battery pack in the battery bay and second battery pack in the DualBay. (See Chapter 3 for more information on batteries.) Manually Ejecting a CD or DVD
If a CD or DVD becomes lodged in the CD or DVD drive, remove
it by using the following steps:
1. Insert a paper clip or similar thin metal rod into the manual
release hole on the front bezel of the CD or DVD drive. Press
firmly.
2. Slowly pull the tray out from the drive until it is fully
extended.
3. Remove the CD or DVD.
Using the LS-120 Drive
The LS-120 Drive is a high-capacity diskette drive that resembles
a 3.5-inch/8.89-cm diskette drive. The LS-120 drive can read a
3.5-inch/8.89-cm disk, and has a capacity of 120 MB.
Using the Third Battery Pack
