Multi-Party Calling Use multi-party call features to set up a call between multiple callers, such as for a conference call. 1. Establish the first call, by answering an incoming call or making a call. 2. Touch Add call. The first call is placed on hold. 3. Make the second call by touching the phone number digits, then touch . 4. To merge the calls into one conference call, touch Merge. Merge 5. Touch End call to end the calls. Using the Speakerphone During an Active Call While in an active call, it is possible to enable the speakerphone feature. 1. Touch Speaker Speaker. The Speaker button now appears as Speaker and the speakerphone is activated. 2. Use the Volume key (located on the left side of your phone) to adjust the volume. 3. To deactivate the speakerphone, touch Speaker Speaker. Switching off the Microphone (Mute) You can temporarily switch your phone's microphone off, so that the other person cannot hear you. To mute your phone during a call: 1. Touch Mute Mute. The Mute button now appears as Mute and Mute is activated. 2. Touch Mute Mute to deactivate the Mute function and reactivate the microphone. 58
