173 Troubleshooting Symptom Cause or corrective action Table of Contents The unit does not delete music data.  Music data transferred using SonicStage cannot be deleted on mylo. Use SonicStage after connecting to your computer. mylo Widget The unit produces no sound or produces only noise. WMA files will not play.  The volume level is set to zero. Yahoo! Messenger Photo Symptom It takes some time to display an image file. A particular image cannot be displayed. The unit does not recognize an image file as an image file. / No files are listed. Cause or corrective action  It may take some time to display large image files.  Some large images may contain too much data to be displayed.  The file extension is different from the photo file format.  The file format is Progressive JPEG. Try to open on the edit screen and then save.  There is a possibility that an image cannot be playback if it has been modified by a PC.  Check that the data are saved into the correct folder on the internal memory or the "Memory Stick Duo" ( page 123).  If you change a file or a folder name, or move files/ folders using a computer, the unit may fail to recognize them.  The data format is not complaint with this unit ( page 264).  The file name extension is different from the photo file format.
