7 Print Print Procedure This section describes the basic procedure for printing. NOTE: If the Authentication feature is enabled, you may need an account number before using the machine. To get an account number, or for more information, contact the Key Operator or the System Administrator. If your machine is connected to a network, documents can be printed from your PC using the print drivers supplied. The print driver must be loaded on each PC which uses the machine for printing. 1 Select Print from Your PC 1. Select Print in your application. 2. Select your machine as the printer. 2 Select the Features 1. Select Properties to make your print selections.
