To disable the polling for SNTP client, use the no form of this command. Syntax sntp unicast client poll no sntp unicast client poll This command has no arguments or keywords. Default Configuration Disabled Command Mode Global configuration mode User Guidelines • Polling time is determined by the sntp client poll timer Global Configuration mode command. Examples The following example enables polling for the Simple Network Time Protocol (SNTP) predefined unicast clients. Console (config)# sntp unicast client poll sntp server The sntp server Global Configuration mode command configures the device to use the Simple Network Time Protocol (SNTP) to request and accept Network Time Protocol (NTP) traffic from a server. To remove a server from the list of NTP servers, use the no form of this command. Syntax sntp server ip-address | hostname [poll] [key keyid] no sntp server host • ip-address-IP address of the server. • hostname-Hostname of the server.
