www.dell.com | support.dell.com sntp trusted-key The sntp trusted-key Global Configuration mode command authenticates the identity of a system to which Simple Network Time Protocol (SNTP) will synchronize. To disable authentication of the identity of the system, use the no form of this command. Syntax sntp trusted-key key-number no sntp trusted-key key-number • key-number-Key number of authentication key to be trusted. (Range: 1 - 4294967295) Default Configuration Not trusted. Command Mode Global configuration mode User Guidelines • The command is relevant for both received unicast and broadcast. • If there is at least 1 trusted key, then unauthenticated messages will be ignored.
