To disable filtering of multicast addresses, use the no form of the bridge multicast filtering command. Syntax bridge multicast filtering no bridge multicast filtering Default Configuration Disabled. All multicast addresses are flooded to all ports. Command Mode Global Configuration mode User Guidelines • If devices exist on the VLAN, do not change the unregistered multicast addresses state to drop on the devices ports. • If multicast routers exist on the VLAN and IGMP-snooping is not enabled, the bridge multicast forward-all command should be used to enable forwarding all multicast packets to the multicast routers. Example In this example, bridge multicast filtering is enabled.
