Example The following example configures the speed operation of Ethernet g5 to force 100-Mbps operation. Console(config)# interface ethernet g5 Console(config-if)# speed 100 duplex The duplex Interface Configuration mode command configures the full/half duplex operation of a given Ethernet interface when not using auto-negotiation. To restore the default, use the no form of this command. Syntax duplex {half | full} no duplex • half-Force half-duplex operation • full-Force full-duplex operation Default Configuration The interface is set to full duplex.
