Usage guidelines When a port joins a service loopback group, the configuration on the port is removed. A port can join only one service loopback group. To successfully assign a port to a service loopback group, make sure that the port supports the service type of the service loopback group. To assign multiple ports to a service loopback group, run this command on multiple ports separately. You can assign up to 16 ports to one service loopback group. If you remove the only member port from a referenced service loopback group, traffic disruption occurs before the unicast tunnel or multicast tunnel goes down. You cannot use the undo port service-loopback group command on a port that does not belong to any service loopback group.
