Authentication by User Name and Password  Authentication by User Name and Password This section explains how to enable the access control using the authentication by the user name and password and how to operate when the access control is enabled. Registering User Name and Password Before enabling user authentication and access control, be sure to register a user name and a password for each user. You must be the administrator to register user names and passwords. To register a user name and password, launch PIN Manager from Configuration Tool. Authentication by User Name and Password
This section explains how to enable the access control using the authentication by the user name and
password and how to operate when the access control is enabled.
Registering User Name and
Password
Before enabling user authentication and access
control, be sure to register a user name and a
password for each user. You must be the
administrator to register user names and
passwords.
To register a user name and password, launch
PIN Manager from Configuration Tool.

Enabling Access Control
