Other Issues Unable to Send or Receive a Fax Symptom Unable to send or receive a fax. Point to check Remedy Is the telephone cable connected properly? Did you install an IP phone on the machine in a broadband environment? Did you change the telephone network? Is the [Country Code] setting is correct? Check the connection of the telephone cable. Press the key and select [Admin Setup] > [User Install] > [Super G3] > [OFF]. Specify the appropriate dial line type for your region. Please set the correct country code.
