Problems and Solutions Make sure that you are printing on the correct side of the paper The paper that you are using to print may have only one correct print side. Plain paper, Bubble Jet paper, or Transparencies can be printed on either side. However, special print media like High Resolution Paper, Glossy Photo Paper, and High Gloss Film have only one correct print side. Media You Can Use With This Printer I Strange characters printing The text or the image on the screen appears normal but the printer prints strange unreadable characters.
