Specifying input parameters KCODE ASSIGN Defines double-byte character code assignment exceptions or an entire user character translation table. Syntax ac: KCODE ASSIGN = {(input, output) | (input, (output1 [, output2] [,...])} Options Table 2-29. KCODE ASSIGN parameter options and definitions Option Definition input A numeric constant that defines the input double-byte code. output A numeric constant that defines the output double-byte code that corresponds to the input code Default No default KCODE DEFAULT Specifies a base code from which you can make double-byte character code assignment exceptions. The base code is specified by a codetype; the exceptions are specified in the ASSIGN parameter. Syntax ac: KCODE DEFAULT = codetype Options Table 2-30.
