Using Dynamic Job Descriptor Entries (DJDEs) • If the first record does not meet the requirements for a label record, the preceding DJDE packet is printed on an OPRINFO page with an error message indicating that no label record was found. The system then proceeds to process the data as variable text data. • If the file cannot be created due to insufficient space on the disk, the preceding DJDE packet is printed on an OPRINFO page with an error message indicating that there is not enough space on the disk to download the file. The system then proceeds to read and discard the file. 2. Delimited records for LPS labeled files To prevent loss of data through trailing blank suppression procedures on the host spooler, data records for LPS labeled files must be delimited by appending an extra non-blank character at the end of each record.
