DocuColor 240/250 Machine Status Machine Information The Machine Information screen displays data needed for service calls and contact numbers. Access to Machine Information is via the Machine Status button on the control panel. The Machine Information screen provides you with the telephone number used to contact your local Xerox representative. You can also view the Machine Serial Number on this screen. The Machine Configuration screen allows you to check the status and availability of various configurable machine options, such as finishing options, feeding options, and memory options. The Software Version screen lists the software version installed on your machine. Your machine contains different pieces of software for different functions.
