Calling Party Transformations
International Control
The value entered in this field should match or be slightly less than
the lower limit of the ring frequency (Hz) used to detect the ring
signal. This value differs based upon the country of deployment and
should only be adjusted should a call across the SPA8800 device to
known working number not generate a ring tone.
Ring Frequency Min
This field defines the amount of digital gain/attenuation, in decibels
(dB), to be applied to the signal sent from the SPA8800 device to
the PSTN. Increase this value if parties on the PSTN side have trouble
hearing parties on your system or lower it if they are coming across
too loud. Range is -15 to 12 dB.
SPA To PSTN Gain
This value entered in this field should match or be slightly above the
higher limit of the ring frequency (Hz) used to detect the ring signal.
This value differs based upon the country of deployment and should
only be adjusted should a call across the SPA8800 device to known
working number not generate a ring tone.
