Table 97: Tasks on the User Preferences page If you want to... Set Reach me on Cisco Mobile Client Note The system administrator must enable Cisco Mobile Client Support for this setting to be shown. Then do this after you sign in... 1 Check the Reach me on Cisco Mobile Client at check box. 2 Perform one of the following tasks: • Enter a phone number (your mobile phone number) that includes an access code, area code and so on. (For example, enter the phone number as if you were placing a call from your desk phone.) • Select a phone number from the drop-down list box, if a phone number is displayed. (These phone numbers are the last five numbers that you entered for this setting.) A maximum of five phone numbers is displayed in the list. The newest number that you entered is displayed at the top of the list; the oldest number is displayed at the bottom. To edit a phone number in the list press backspace on your keyboard. If you edit a phone number, the original number continues to be displayed in the list. Tip To remove all the phone numbers from the list, click Clear History. Then, click OK in the dialog box that appears. 3 Select the user phone type from a list of mobile phones that support Cisco mobile clients. 4 A unique device ID for each user is returned after you select the phone type. Note The first part of the device ID is not unique and is related to the phone type that you selected. 5 Click Save.
