Product licensing is out of compliance Product licensing is out of compliance Problem One of the following issues may have occurred: • After you provisioned something that requires the use of a license, for example, you provisioned a phone, a feature, and so on, licenses were consumed by the system. More licenses were consumed by the system than are available (installed). • After an upgrade to a major release of the software, the system identified that you need to install additional licenses. Solution Perform any of the following tasks: • Determine which license types are oversubscribed. (Select Maintenance > Manage Licenses.) Purchase licenses and install them on the Manage License page. • Delete any phones in the system that are not being used. When you delete the phone, the system automatically credits you with licenses. The system has overheated and must be powered off and then restarted Problem The system has overheated. Solution Check ambient temperature and airflow around the device are compliant with the requirements of the install process. Restart the server. (Select Maintenance > Restart/Shutdown.) The system fan is not operating properly and the system must be powered off and then restarted Problem The system fan is not operating properly. Solution Restart the server. (Select Maintenance > Restart/Shutdown.) The system CPU voltage is too high and the system must be powered off and then restarted Problem The system CPU voltage is very high. Solution Restart the server. (Select Maintenance > Restart/Shutdown.) The system has experienced an error with voicemail and auto attendant services and must be restarted Problem A required voicemail or auto attendant service is not running.
