Configure Remote Site Field Description Emergency Location ID Numbers (ELINs) Enter the emergency location ID number within your respective site or location. To add multiple emergency location ID numbers, ensure that you separate each ELIN with commas. Caution For the emergency services to correctly identify the site location as the source of emergency calls, you must specify at least one ELIN. This ELIN phone number must be unique to a site and be registered with its location. PSTN Access Information Note When you change the PSTN call routing options, the system saves the configuration before allowing you to view or edit the dial plan patterns. A progress bar indicates the status of saving the new PSTN access option. If you refresh or open a new browser window to access the Administrative interface while the site configuration is being updated, a message displays that the system update is currently in progress and the administrative interface will not be available until the update is completed. Route all calls from this site through the same Select this option to automatically route all the calls from this connection group site through the same connection group. From the drop-down list, select the connection group through which all the calls from this site will be routed. Click View Dial Plan Patterns to view the configured dial plan patterns. See Dial Plan Pattern Settings, on page 355 for more information about configuring Dial Plan Patterns. Route calls from this site through different connection groups based on Outside Dial Code Select this option to automatically route all the calls through different connection groups based on the Outside Dial Code dialed when making the call. From the drop-down list, select the connection group through which all the calls from this site will be routed for each outside dial code. Note This option is not available for a single outside dial code configured on System Settings > Dial Plan > General > Dialing Prefixes area. Click View Dial Plan Patterns to view the configured dial plan patterns. See Dial Plan Pattern Settings, on page 355 for more information about configuring Dial Plan Patterns.
