41 C H A P T E R System Notifications Settings GUI: Cisco Business Edition 3000 Administrative Interface Table 88: Settings on the System Notifications page, on page 361 describes the configuration settings on the System Notifications page where you can configure your email settings (System Settings > System Notifications). Table 88: Settings on the System Notifications page Setting System Notifications Information Enable Email Notification Description When the check box is checked, the email notification feature is enabled. Outgoing Email Server Specify the IP Address (or hostname) of the Simple Mail Transfer Protocol (SMTP) server. Outgoing Email Server Port Specify the Outgoing Email Server Port. The default non-secure and secure port values are 25 and 465 respectively. Use Secure Email Check this check box if you want the system to send emails over a secured connection. Sender Email Address Specify the sender's email address who has a valid account with the SMTP server. Sender Email Password Specify the sender's email password who has a valid account with the SMTP server. Recipient Email Address Specify the email address of the recipient to whom the email notifications will be delivered.
