The MAC Notification Settings folder contains two windows: MAC Notification Global Settings and MAC Notification Port Settings. MAC Notification Global Settings This window allows you to globally set MAC notification on the Switch. To view the following window, click Configuration > MAC Notification Settings > MAC Notification Global Settings: Figure 2 - 37. MAC Notification Global Settings window The following parameters may be viewed and modified: Parameter Description State Enable or disable MAC notification globally on the Switch Interval (1-2147483647) The time in seconds between notifications. History Size (1-500) The maximum number of entries listed in the history log used for notification. Up to 500 entries can be specified. Click Apply to implement your changes. 37
