Chapter 2 Catalyst 3560 Switch Cisco IOS Commands ip dhcp snooping database ip dhcp snooping database Use the ip dhcp snooping database global configuration command to configure the DHCP snooping binding database agent. Use the no form of this command to disable the agent, to reset the timeout value, or to reset the write-delay value. ip dhcp snooping database {{flash:/filename | ftp://user:password@host/filename | http://[[username:password]@]{hostname | host-ip}[/directory]/image-name.tar | rcp://user@host/filename | tftp://host/filename} | timeout seconds | write-delay seconds} no ip dhcp snooping database [timeout | write-delay] This command is available only if your switch is running the IP services image, formerly known as the enhanced multilayer image (EMI). Syntax Description flash:/filename ftp://user:password@host/filename http://[[username:password]@] {hostname | host-ip}[/directory] /image-name.tar rcp://user@host/filename tftp://host/filename timeout seconds write-delay seconds Specify that the database agent or the binding file is in the flash memory. Specify that the database agent or the binding file is on an FTP server. Specify that the database agent or the binding file is on an FTP server.
