Chapter 2 Catalyst 3560 Switch Cisco IOS Commands show mls qos maps show mls qos maps Use the show mls qos maps user EXEC command to display quality of service (QoS) mapping information. During classification, QoS uses the mapping tables to represent the priority of the traffic and to derive a corresponding class of service (CoS) or Differentiated Services Code Point (DSCP) value from the received CoS, DSCP, or IP precedence value. show mls qos maps [cos-dscp | cos-input-q | cos-output-q | dscp-cos | dscp-input-q | dscp-mutation dscp-mutation-name | dscp-output-q | ip-prec-dscp | policed-dscp] [ | {begin | exclude | include} expression] Syntax Description cos-dscp cos-input-q cos-output-q dscp-cos dscp-input-q dscp-mutation dscp-mutation-name dscp-output-q ip-prec-dscp policed-dscp | begin | exclude | include expression (Optional) Display class of service (CoS)-to-DSCP map. Command Modes User EXEC Command History Release 12.1(19)EA1 Modification This command was introduced. Usage Guidelines Expressions are case sensitive. For example, if you enter | exclude output, the lines that contain output do not appear, but the lines that contain Output appear. The policed-DSCP, DSCP-to-CoS, and the DSCP-to-DSCP-mutation maps appear as a matrix. The d1 column specifies the most-significant digit in the DSCP. The d2 row specifies the least-significant digit in the DSCP. The intersection of the d1 and d2 values provides the policed-DSCP, the CoS, or the mutated-DSCP value. For example, in the DSCP-to-CoS map, a DSCP value of 43 corresponds to a CoS value of 5. 78-16405-05 Catalyst 3560 Switch Command Reference 2-487
