Ink is not sucked from the Printhead into the Cap at all. Hence, printing is not executed if a print command is given to the printer. Perform Printhead cleaning and check the nozzle check pattern. 2. Connect both Connectors CN10, CN11 of the Head FFC correctly. 3. Change the Head FFC for a new one.
