Otherwise, run the portDisable and portEnable commands to refresh the port. Neighbor finite state machine (NBFSM) states are as follows: • 0 - Down • 1 - Init • 2 - Database Exchange • 3 - Database Acknowledge Wait • 4 - Database Wait • 5 - Full Recommended No action is required.
