Check the printhead path 1. Turn off the printer at the front panel, then also switch off the power switch at the rear. 2. Unlock and open the printer window. 3. Cut the substrate where it enters the printer, and rewind the input roll. 4. Wait for the printer to cool down to room temperature. 5. Try to move the printhead carriage out of the way.
