10 Printer status Check printer status The front panel and the Embedded Web Server both display the status of the printer, the loaded substrate and the ink system. Check the status of the ink system 1. Access the Embedded Web Server (see above). 2. Go to the Supplies page on the Main tab. The Supplies page shows you the status of the loaded substrate, the ink cartridges, the printheads, the heaters, the printhead cleaning kit, the ink funnel, and the ink maintenance kit. The traffic light shows whether maintenance is required. For further information, click View details. Check the status of the ink cartridges You can see the ink levels in your ink cartridges on the front panel's home screen. For more details about any particular ink cartridge, press Ink information and then press the color of the cartridge.
