Safely Remove a USB Device Before you physically disconnect a USB storage device from the DST router USB port, log in to the DST router and take the device offline.  To remove a USB disk drive safely: 1. Launch a web browser from a computer or WiFi device that is connected to the network. 2. Enter http://www.routerlogin.net. A login window displays. 3. Enter the router user name and password. The user name is admin. The default password is password. The user name and password are case-sensitive. The BASIC Home page displays. 4. Select ADVANCED > USB Functions > ReadySHARE Storage. 5. In the Available Network Folders table, select the device. If a single device is attached to the USB port, the radio button is selected automatically. 6. Click the Safely Remove USB Device button.
