DXS-3400 Series Lite Layer 3 Stackable 10GbE Managed Switch Web UI Reference Guide Parameter Non-owner ping Shutdown Description Select to enable or disable the non-owner ping feature here. This is used to enable a non-IP address owner virtual router in the master state to response the ICMP echo request for IPv4 addresses or the ND request for IPv6 addresses. Select to enable or disable the shutdown feature here. Avoid the common mistake of shutting down the IP address owner routers before shutting down other nonowner routers. Click the Back button to return to the previous window. Click the Apply button to accept the changes made. 233
