DXS-3400 Series Lite Layer 3 Stackable 10GbE Managed Switch Web UI Reference Guide Log Backup Log Backup to HTTP This window is used to initiate a system log backup to a local PC using HTTP. To view the following window, click Tools > Log Backup > Log Backup to HTTP, as shown below: Figure 13-18Log Backup to HTTP Window The fields that can be configured are described below: Parameter Log Type Description Select the log type that will be backed up to the local PC using HTTP. • When the System Log option is selected, the system log will be backed up. • When the Attack Log is selected, the attack log will be backed up. Click the Backup button to initiate the system log backup. Log Backup to TFTP This window is used to initiate a system log backup to a TFTP server. To view the following window, click Tools > Log Backup > Log Backup to TFTP, as shown below: Figure 13-19Log Backup to TFTP Window The fields that can be configured are described below: Parameter TFTP Server IP Destination File Log Type Description Enter the TFTP server's IP address here. When select the IPv4 option, enter the IPv4 address of the TFTP server in the space provided. When the IPv6 option is selected, enter the IPv6 address of the TFTP server in the space provided. Enter the destination path and location where the log file should be stored on the TFTP server. This field can be up to 64 characters long. Select the log type that will be backed up to the TFTP server. • When the System Log option is selected, the system log will be backed up. • When the Attack Log is selected, the attack log will be backed up. Click the Backup button to initiate the system log backup. 438
