Top cover WARNING! The fuser might be hot. Wait 10 minutes for it to cool down before removing it. 1 Lift the top cover and remove the fuser. See Replacing the fuser for instructions about removing the fuser. 2 Using your fingers or needle-nose pliers, pinch and release the white plastic clips (callout 1) on the damper arm on the left side of the cover.
