SIZE MISMATCH TRAY XX= For help press alternates with Ready The tray is loaded with media that is longer or shorter in the feed direction than the size that is configured for the tray. 1 Adjust the side and rear guides against the paper. 2 If the media used is Letter, A4, Executive, B5 JIS, A5, or Legal size, the tray switch should be set to STANDARD. Set the tray switch to CUSTOM for all other media sizes. The tray switch must be set before the size can be selected from the control panel. 3 Reset the paper size in the paperhandling menu. TRAY XX EMPTY The specified tray is empty and needs to be filled, but the current job does not need this tray to print correctly.
