For example, media that is too thick causes poor fusing. The fuser is not within nip-width specifications. The fuser sleeve is scarred or damaged. The pressure roller is scarred or damaged. The thermistor has deteriorated. The DC controller PCA is defective. Solution Use media that meets specifications. See chapter 1. Replace the fuser. Replace the fuser. Replace the fuser.
