DXS-3610 Series Layer 3 Stackable 10GbE Managed Switch Web UI Reference Guide 15. OpenFlow OpenFlow Settings OpenFlow Settings This window is used to display and configure the OpenFlow settings. To view the following window, click OpenFlow > OpenFlow Settings and select the OpenFlow Global Settings tab, as shown below: Figure 15-1 OpenFlow Global Settings Window The fields that can be configured are described below: Parameter Global State Mode Fail-Mode Clear Statistics Cookie ID Table-Miss Action Description Select to globally enable or disable the OpenFlow function here. Select the OpenFlow mode here. Options to choose from are:  Pure - Specifies that all the ports are in the OpenFlow pipeline.  Hybrid - Specifies that some ports are in the OpenFlow pipeline and some are in the normal pipeline. Select the fail mode here. Options to choose from are:  Secure - Specifies that the switch will stop sending packets and messages to the controllers. Flow entries will continue to expire according to their timeouts.  Standalone - Specifies that the switch will stop sending packets and messages to the controllers. Flow entries are removed. Legacy functions still work on existing normal ports. This mode is only available on Hybrid switches. Enter the cookie ID of the flow entry here. Statistics related to the specified flow entry will be cleared. Select the table miss action here. Options to choose from are:  Default - Specifies to use the default action.  Drop - Specifies to clear the table-miss entries and to drop unknown packets.  Controller - Specifies to apply the actions to the table-miss entries. The action set is to output to the controller. Unknown packets are sent to the controller Click the Apply button to accept the changes made. Click the Clear button to clear the statistics. 639
