Before removing or replacing the battery cover, make sure the phone is switched off. To turn the phone off, hold down the power key until the power off image displays, and then touch Power off. Removing the battery cover 1. Hold the device firmly and locate the cover release latch (1). 2. Place your fingernail in the opening and firmly "pop" the cover off the device (2). Caution! Setting Up Your Phone
