Unlocking Your Phone 1. If needed, press Press Home to wake the screen. 2. If there are no Notification alerts on your phone, swipe the screen to unlock it. The Home screen displays. Note: If you have purchased your phone online, the first time you power your phone on and unlock the screen, the Activation Wizard Welcome screen displays. Follow the prompts to activate and set up your phone. TTY Mode Your phone is fully TTY-compatible, allowing you to connect a TTY device to the phone's headset jack. Before you can use your phone with a TTY device, you'll need to enable TTY Mode. For more information, refer to "Other call settings" on page 61.. Voicemail All unanswered calls to your phone are sent to voicemail, even if your phone is turned off. Set up your voicemail and personal greeting as soon as you activate your phone.
