DGS-6600:15# Uploading Configuration File using TFTP The following command is used to upload a configuration file to a TFTP server: Command copy running-config tftp:\\IPADDRESS\[DIRECTORY\] FILENAME DESTINATION-URL Explanation Uploads configuration file to a TFTP server. The following example uploads the running configuration to a TFTP server for storage: DGS-6600:2>enable DGS-6600:15#copy running-config tftp:\\10.1.1.254\config\switch-config.txt Upload configuration to tftp:\\10.1.1.254\config\switch-config.txt, (y/n) [n]? y Configuration has been copied successfully. DGS-6600:15# Managing Image Files Boot Image List The boot image list contains a list of image files, with one image acting as the primary image and others as secondary and tertiary boot images, providing a reliable boot image from the Switch to select from. When the system starts up, the boot loader will attempt to load the primary image. If the loading fails due to file corruption or if the file is absent, the boot loader will attempt to load the secondary image file.
