34 FCR-1070 Probable Cause Indicates that the FC Routing service is enabled. This is caused by either fosConfig --enable fcr, or a configDownload with the fcrState set to 1 (enabled). Note that the FC Routing service is disabled by the factory. Recommended No action is required.
