turboRamTest 2 turboRamTest Synopsis Performs a turbo SRAM test of ASIC chips. turboramtest [--slot slotnumber][-passcnt count] ceeturboramtest [--slot slotnumber][-passcnt count] Description Use this command to verify the chip SRAM located in the ASIC using the turbo-RAM BIST circuitry. The BIST controller is able to perform the SRAM write and read operation at a much faster rate than the PCI operation. This test is supported on all 4 G and 8 G platforms. turboRamTest and ceeTurboRamTest are platform-specific versions of the same test. Use ceeTurboRamTest on FCoE platforms only. On all other supported platforms, use turboramtest. Note The execution of this command is subject to Virtual Fabric or Admin Domain restrictions that may be in place. Refer to chapter 1, "Using Fabric OS commands" and Appendix A, "Command Availability" for details. Operands This command has the following optional operands: --slot slotnumber Specifies the slot number on which the diagnostic operates. All blade ports in the specified slot are tested. This operand is optional. The default value is 0 and operates on fixed port count products. -passcnt count Specifies the number of times to perform this test. This operand is optional.
