Section 9 TROUBLESHOOTING 3. If paper jams If a paper misfeed occurs, copying will stop and a message will appear on the touch panel about the misfeed. (2) Removal procedures 1 Misfeed in a paper feed area ● Misfeed in drawer[cassette] No.1 or drawer[cassette] No.2 ("JAM 10" or "JAM 11") If one of the messages above is displayed, a misfeed has occurred in the indicated drawer[cassette].
