10 Replace the paper conveyor unit in its original position in the copier. Section 9 TROUBLESHOOTING 1 Open the front cover. 11 Push the green release lever (B) back up to its original position. B 2 Turn the green conveyor knob A to the left at least 7 full turns and remove the jammed paper. A 12 Close the front cover. 4 Misfeed in the Duplex Unit ("JAM 51" or "JAM 60" through "JAM 68") If one of the messages above is displayed, a misfeed has occurred in the Duplex Unit. Perform the following procedure to remove the jammed paper. Inch specifications Paper misfeed. JAM 00 1.Remove paper from duplex unit. 2.Open upper cover and remove paper. 3.Loosen 2-green screws are on rear side of the duplex unit and open the guide plate. 4.Remove paper. 5.Close cover and reset duplex unit. 3 Push the green release lever (B) down to the left. B Metric specifications Paper misfeed. Open the front cover.

Turn the green conveyor knob A to the left at least 7 full turns
and remove the jammed paper.

Push the green release lever (B) down to the left.

Replace the paper conveyor unit in its original position in the
copier.

Push the green release lever (B) back up to its original
position.

Close the front cover.

(“JAM 51” or “JAM 60” through “JAM 68”)
