When a user disconnects from a RDC session, the Windows desktop on the Remote Computer is immediately available for an RGS connection. However, if the user logs out of the RDC session, the RGS Sender will be unable to access the desktop for about 60 seconds. If this property is set to 1, the desktop will be available to RGS almost immediately.
