DGS-1510 Series Gigabit Ethernet SmartPro Switch Web UI Reference Guide LLDP Port Settings This window is used to configure the LLDP port settings. To view the following window, click L2 Features > LLDP > LLDP Port Settings, as shown below: Figure 5-73 LLDP Port Settings Window The fields that can be configured are described below: Parameter Unit From Port / To Port Notification Subtype Admin State IP Subtype Description Select the switch unit that will be used for this configuration here. Select the appropriate port range used for the configuration here. Select this option to enable or disable the sending of LLDP notifications. Select the subtype of LLDP TLV(s). Options to choose from are MAC Address, and Local. Select the local LLDP agent and allow it to send and receive LLDP frames on the port. Options to choose from are: • TX - The local LLDP agent can only transmit LLDP frames. • RX - The local LLDP agent can only receive LLDP frames. • TX and RX - The local LLDP agent can both transmit and receive LLDP frames. This is the default option. • Disabled - The local LLDP agent can neither transmit nor receive LLDP frames. Select the type of the IP address information to be sent. Options to choose from are Default, IPv4, and IPv6. 166
