FACSIMILE SENDING THE SAME FAX TO MULTIPLE DESTINATIONS (Broadcast Transmission) This function is convenient when you need to send the same fax to multiple destinations, such as sending a report to branch offices in different regions. You can transmit to as many as 500 destinations in one broadcast operation. (Combined maximum of 200 file server, desktop, and shared folder destinations.) Originals Transmission It is convenient to store destinations to which you frequently send faxes by broadcast transmission in group keys. Group dialing allows you to retrieve multiple fax numbers stored in a one-touch key by simply pressing the one-touch key. To store group keys, see "Address Control" (page 7-17) in "7. SYSTEM SETTINGS". When a group key is used to dial, the number of fax numbers that are dialed is the number of destinations that are stored in the group key. When a group key that has 10 destinations is used, 10 fax numbers are dialed. 1 1 1 Place the original.
