DGS-3312SR Layer 3 Gigabit Switch config igmp_snooping without the switch receiving a host membership report. The default is 260 seconds. router_timeout − Specifies the maximum amount of time a route can be a member of a multicast group without the switch receiving a host membership report. The default is 260 seconds. leave_timer − Leave timer. The default is 2 seconds. state [enable | disable] − Allows you to enable or disable IGMP snooping for the specified VLAN. Restrictions Only administrator-level users can issue this command. Example usage: To configure the igmp snooping: DGS-3312SR:4#config igmp_snooping default host_timeout 250 state enable Command: config igmp_snooping default host_timeout 250 state enable Success. DGS-3312SR:4# config igmp_snooping querier Purpose This command configures IGMP snooping querier. Syntax config igmp_snooping querier [ | all] {query_interval | max_response_time | robustness_variable | last_member_query_interval | state [enable | disable] Description Used to configure the time in seconds between general query transmissions, the maximum time in seconds to wait for reports from members and the permitted packet loss that guarantees IGMP snooping. Parameters − The name of the VLAN for which IGMP snooping querier is to be configured. all - Selecting this parameter will configure the IGMP snooping querier for all VLANs on the switch. query_interval − Specifies the amount of time in seconds between general query transmissions. The default setting is 125 seconds. max_response_time − Specifies the maximum time in seconds to wait for reports from members. The default setting is 10 seconds. 126
